Purpose and scope
Inquiry information supports reviewing a product requirement, clarifying quotation scope and discussing the requested sourcing service. Where a sourcing discussion requires supplier input, the relevant product specifications and commercial questions may need to be shared with possible suppliers. Clarify confidentiality requirements before providing proprietary artwork or other sensitive business material.
Browser storage for the sourcing notice
The sourcing support notice uses local browser storage to remember its first display time and limit display to a maximum seven-day window. Session storage remembers a notice closure during that browser session. These values do not confirm business eligibility or an order. Browser storage behavior may differ when storage is blocked or browsing data is cleared.
Optional fields and choices
You can leave the phone number, budget and supplier preference blank. When JavaScript is disabled, write optional choices directly in the procurement requirements if you want them included. A preference such as budget or high-end expresses a buyer's commercial priorities and is not a supplier rating. The free-text request remains part of the business correspondence.
Information requests
Use the inquiry form to ask about an earlier request, request a correction or discuss removal of information you supplied. Provide enough business context to locate the correspondence without sending unnecessary personal information. A published response time or retention schedule is not asserted here; applicable arrangements must be clarified during the service discussion.
