Custom hockey mouthguard quotation support

Prepare a consistent brief for a team, distributor or retail order. Define the mouthguard configuration and purchase unit before asking possible factories for price and sample terms.

Independent buyer-side sourcing support; factories confirm quotations and evidence. We do not manufacture or certify mouthguards.

Request Factory Quotes

Four scope lanes to settle before comparing

01 · Specification

Describe the fit process without assuming the result

Identify the intended hockey use, age group, mouthguard construction, requested dimensions in mm and method of fitting. Ask the supplier to describe the model and instructions. Any individual dental or suitability decision remains outside this sourcing service and needs an appropriately qualified reviewer.

02 · Samples

Keep a reference and a decision owner

Ask whether the sample corresponds to the proposed material, geometry, artwork and case. Separate an appearance sample from a production-reference sample. Record who may accept each feature and which open questions prevent an order release; a related style cannot approve a different configuration.

03 · Quotation

Bring every quote back to pieces

Request minimum order quantity by variant, pack ratio and price basis. Record currency, sample charges, tooling, decoration, case cost and freight scope. High-end and budget offers may include different service or packaging content; compare those differences explicitly instead of treating the preference as a supplier rating.

04 · Delivery

State an event date and delivery destination

Provide the US delivery location and required arrival date. Ask the supplier for a proposed production schedule with its assumptions, then distinguish production completion from shipping and receipt. No delivery date is confirmed merely because a buyer has requested it.

A traceable request from specification to shipment

  1. Brief revision: identify size system, intended sport and included case.
  2. Quote revision: link the proposed item, variant quantities and exclusions.
  3. Sample reference: record the supplier item identifier and buyer comments.
  4. Shipment documents: request the agreed pack information for the actual order.

Status labels such as requested, received and reviewed must be kept distinct. A generic certificate or an unrelated product-family report does not verify a custom hockey mouthguard. Evidence must identify the quoted model, manufacturer, document scope and revision, with unresolved questions visible.
